Extruded cat food is produced through a high-temperature, high-pressure extrusion process. It is the most mature and widely used type of staple cat food on the market.

    Process Features

Extruded food is produced at 180℃–200℃ under high temperature and pressure. Raw materials are crushed and extruded, allowing moisture to vaporize and expand rapidly, forming porous small pellets.

This technology is mature with high production efficiency and relatively low cost. The shelf life can reach 12–18 months.

    Product Features

Mature and stable process with reliable quality control

Cost-effective, suitable for most cat owners

Crispy pellets, easy to chew, ideal for kittens and adult cats with healthy teeth

Added with deep-sea fish oil and egg yolk lecithin, suitable for long-haired cats.
