  • 1.Product Introduction

Made primarily from meat and nutritional ingredients, this pet food contains more than 50% fresh meat and over 80% animal protein by percentage. It is formed under normal pressure at below 45℃, dehydrated through heating at 60℃–95℃, and processed with short‑time high‑temperature treatment at 100℃–150℃. The final product is safe for pets and meets their daily nutritional requirements.

    2.Production Process Introduction

Raw Material Inspection → Raw Material Processing → Forming → Forming Conveyor Belt → Vacuum Baking Chamber → Moisture Testing → Mixer → Cooler → Finished Product Warehouse → Automatic Packaging Machine

    3.Product Features

① Production Process:Core technology is low-temperature slow baking (usually vacuum baking at 90°C). It uses constant-temperature slow curing without high temperature and high pressure.
② Particle Texture:Crisp and porous texture (easily broken when chewed), easy to chew and digest. With no external oil spraying, the surface is very dry, effectively reducing issues such as feline acne and plaque.
③ Nutrition Retention:Low temperature greatly reduces the loss of heat-sensitive nutrients, with vitamin retention rate above 95%. It also supports high fresh meat content without relying on starch for forming, unlike extruded food.

④ Formula Structure:Focuses on high protein, low carbohydrates, and cleaner formula. Often uses single meat source for hypo-allergenic benefits, or applies enzymatic hydrolysis to break macromolecular proteins into small molecules for better digestion and absorption.
